Great question! We're an honest, family-ran business based in Los Angeles, California. We make our commitment to you that you will receive exactly what you purchase from us everytime (masks, filters, and anything else)! Other mask brands are taking advantage of honest customers during this time of need and are not following through on their commitments, or they are shipping orders from China, which can take weeks before arriving! Exhibit Los Angeles ships all orders from Downtown Los Angeles, California every time and we are working 7 days a week to make sure we can get these masks over to you.

In addition, our masks are sewn by our talented Production Team here in Los Angeles, California and ship from our warehouse in Downtown Los California. Each of our masks are proudly U.S made with you in mind!

Where are your masks made?

All of our masks are cut and sewn in Downtown Los Angeles, California, in the heart of the garment district by our talented team of production specialists. We believe in making our products in the United States and providing jobs to U.S workers rather than having these masks made overseas! Support Made in America businesses!

Are your masks adjustable?

Yes, we use an ultra comfortable, stretchy fabric on our ear loops whichs allows you to adjust the mask to contour your unique head and face shape, while maintaining comfort on your ears at all times.

ORDER & DELIVERY

Where are your orders shipped from?

All of our masks and filter packs are shipped from our warehouse in Downtown Los Angeles, California. We are actively shipping orders 6 days a week and ship orders around 5-7 business day after ordering.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes us 5-7 business days for items to be picked, packed and shipped out from our warehouse. After they are picked up by our shipping carrier, you will receive tracking information and it usually takes anywhere 3-7 business days to receive the masks and filters, depending on where you live. We also do offer expedited shipping to get them the order processed and shipped out to your door faster.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Your tracking information and tracking number is sent to your email once it has been shipped. Please double check your email inbox and junk/spam folders as it sometimes goes here for some orders. We ship via UPS Mail Innovations for all orders and you will receive a UPS tracking number upon shipment. If you have not received a tracking number, or can't find it, please email us at happy@ex-la.com with your order number, first and last name, and/or email address used on your order so we search for your order details and get you tracking information.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of this product, these masks are personal use items and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for any reason. If there is an issue with your masks, such as a defect, please contact us at happy@ex-la.com with a photo and we will help you out!

I can't find my order confirmation email, can you resend it?

Of course! We love helping out our customers! Send us an email at happy@ex-la.com with your order # (if you have it), name on the order, and/or email address used on the order and we'll gladly get you that tracking number ASAP.

The masks are comfortable and large enough to provide complete coverage. However, what most impressed me was the customer service. My first order was apparently lost. I sent an email questioning where it was, expecting to wait 2-3 days before receiving a response. To my surprise, I received an answer within 30 minutes. My order was reshipped the next day. There are many good quality masks available, but I’m not sure customer service at this level is equally available.

This is the second bulk order. Fell in love with the look and feel of the black set, needed a little color with Spring in the air. The masks maintain their shape and are so easy to clean. They fit so well with the adjustable straps and they ear pieces are extremely comfortable. The masks do not fall down and stay in place- no inert touching necessary. I have forgotten at times that I am still wearing one.

I have trouble finding a mask that fits my small face. These adjust easily, and the nosepiece keeps them secure without constant adjustment. Light and comfortable, and I Iike having a filter, although it does wiggle around a bit but hopefully helps fend off some germs. This was my second order, and I now have enough to go a week before washing.

I do physical therapy home health, and of course need to wear a mask with all my patients. I only need to wear an N 95 mask if patients have been exposed to Covid, otherwise I can wear fabric masks and these masks, with their double fabric layers and Optional filters have been the absolute best I have been able to find. The best masks i’ve tried so far, the material is soft, confortable and easy to breathe, the only thing i’d exhort the company is to incorporate a permanent nose bridge adjuster inside the layers of the mask instead of the sticky nose piece, and an extra adjustable estrap to connect the ear loops across the back of the head releasing pressure from the ears and at the same time providing a way to rest the mask on your chest or neck when not wearing the mask.
