Subscription FAQ

To access your account, simply login with your username and password shown above. If you do not have an account, please check our second FAQ section on creating and registering your account. Once signed in, you will be able to fully manage and edit your subscriptions by adding additional items, adjusting the frequency of your order, editing your billing information/payment method, or canceling your subscription entirely. All functionality is easily accessible through your user friendly dashboard.

Registering your account is very simple! Using the same email address that you made your purchase with, register your account at:

Once registered, please check your email and: 1) confirm your registration, 2) create your password, 3) access your portal.

To edit the frequency of your subscription, click the “Manage Subscriptions” button in your Customer Portal. Once on the page, you can edit your upcoming shipment date frequency and ship date by clicking “Next Shipment” and adjusting to your preference. You can also skip your upcoming shipment date by clicking “Skip Shipment” and adjusting to your preference.

To edit the billing/payment method of your subscription, click the “Manage Subscriptions” button in your Customer Portal. Once on the page, you can edit your billing address, shipping address, and preferred method of payment.

In order to add more items to your subscription, simply login to your dashboard, click the “Manage Subscriptions” button, from there you will see add-on products that you can add to your order.

To cancel your subscription product(s), click the “Manage Subscriptions” button in your Customer Portal. Once on the page, click the “Cancel My Subscription” button, located at the bottom of the page.

To enable your subscription product(s) again, log into your customer portal. Once in your dashboard, click the “Re-Enable Subscription” button and manage your subscription to your liking.
